Langwies has a village shop, restaurant, hairdresser, and train station. (The train fare is included with your pass) The shop is run by Kathi and Sina and has a wide selection of local produce as well as all the essentials you need.

The local restaurant Gasthaus Edelwies is run by Thomas and is well known for its good quality and reasonably priced menu. For the more adventurous there are the wonderful mountain restaurants within hiking distance of the chalet Berghaus – Heimeli and Berggasthaus Strassberg (pick-ups can also be arranged).
